The Midnight Horse Show is formatted for commercial FM or AM radio station in five (5) distinct
and separate segments. The total run time of the program is normally twenty-two (22) minutes.
On occasion, we extend the run time to twenty-six (26) minutes if we have a topic that requires
more time. If so, the local stations are not penalized by a reduction in commercial time rather
the network will absorb the loss.
Segment One is the opening the opening of the program and is called the prologue. The prologue
runs between 4 - 5 minutes and sets the tone for the show - in addition, the prologue contains a
commercial sponsorship either national or local content plus the standard show opening supporting
Kamwulfe Farms and its key elements all backed by selected music cuts for emotional
involvement.
Segment Two, Three & Four are formatted at 4 minutes and are the heart and substance of the
show. This is where we open up our listener’s emotions and pull them into the shows emotional
ride. It is where the story unfolds - sometimes good and sometimes sad.
Segment Five is the closing of the program and is referred to as the Epilogue. During the
Epilogue, the first four segments are all brought into context and a clear message is presented to
the listener – a message of hope and a message of a new beginning and a promise for a better
tomorrow. The Epilogue is formatted between 4 and 5 minutes with our signature closing at the
end of every show that identifies The Midnight Horse Show from all the other shows in
syndication.
Each Segment is opened and closed with music selected to enhance the listener’s senses and draw
them closer while stimulating long since faded memories of a time so long ago - or - it's where all
your dreams come true.
Radio stations carrying the show will either receive a CD copy prior to air dates or will have the
capabilities of logging on to our web site and downloading the appropriate weekly show. In show
promos as added to the final mix prior to sending the show down line and advance promos are
delivered in the same manner as the shows.
We as a production company will make special accommodations for any local sponsorship if the show
is not under any agreements with national sponsors at the time of the request.
Closing thoughts: The Midnight Horse Show is not the average male driven radio program. Make
no mistake about it - this is raw emotions, this is female driven radio and this is for those humans
that have a heart and soul. This is a family show - no sex, no sports, no grab ass - no silly boy talk.
